Plenty of clinics fill this page with glowing paragraphs that nobody can verify. Ours points you at Google instead, where the reviews are attached to real accounts and we cannot edit them.
The line we hear most

Said in different words by different people, across two generations of the same families. It is the only sentence we would put on a wall.
Three things patients say again and again
- Nothing hurt the way they expected. Usually because the anaesthetic was given time to work before anything started.
- They explained it before they did it. The screen gets turned towards the patient, which most people have never had before.
- Nobody tried to sell them anything. In a practice that lives off a neighbourhood, overselling one patient costs you their whole family.
If we have treated you
Thirty seconds of your time helps the next nervous person call.
This is the honest ask. Google reviews are the single biggest thing standing between a patient searching “dentist near Charni Road” and actually picking up the phone.
We have treated thousands of people across forty years and very few of them have ever written anything down, because nobody asked. So we are asking.
You do not have to write an essay. One line about what you came in for and how it went is more useful than a paragraph of praise, because it tells somebody with the same problem that they are in the right place.
If something went wrong
Tell us before you tell Google.
Not to stop you writing it. Because if there is something we can put right, we would rather do that than read about it later.
Message the clinic directly on WhatsApp and it reaches the doctors, not a reception queue. If we got something wrong we will say so.

Questions people ask us about this.
Why are there no written testimonials on this page?
Because a testimonial that only exists on the clinic’s own website proves nothing. We would rather send you to Google, where the review is attached to a real account and we have no ability to change it.
Will you ask me for a review after my treatment?
Yes, once, politely, and only if you seemed happy. If you would rather not, say so and it will not be mentioned again.
Can I leave a review anonymously?
Google shows the name on your account. If you would rather give feedback privately, WhatsApp the clinic instead. It reaches the doctors directly and it is just as useful to us.
Do you respond to negative reviews?
We do, by name, without arguing in public. If a patient had a bad experience here, the useful response is to find out what happened and fix it, not to defend ourselves in a comment box.

Tell us what is bothering you on WhatsApp. If you already have an X-ray or an OPG, send a photo of it. You will get an honest answer from a dentist, not a call centre, and you will know what you are walking into before you sit in the chair.
